改性三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐与不同无机氢氧化物复配阻燃含磷环氧树脂研究

【摘要】 采用分子复合改性三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(M-MCA)与无机阻燃剂氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁复配阻燃含磷环氧树脂。通过UL94垂直燃烧(VB)、微型燃烧量热分析(MCC)、极限氧指数(LOI)等测试对阻燃材料的燃烧性能及行为进行了表征,同时采用热失重(TGA)分析方法对阻燃材料相应的降解历程和阻燃机理进行分析。结果表明,M-MCA与氢氧化铝(ATH)组合体系对含磷环氧树脂具有显著协同阻燃效果,而与氢氧化镁(MH)则表现出对抗效应,对上述协同及对抗阻燃机理进行了分析和讨论。

【Abstract】 Molecular composite modified melamine cyanurate(M-MCA)and inorganic flame retardant aluminum hydroxide,magnesium hydroxide compound were used to improve the flame retardancy of phosphorus-containing epoxy resin.The combustion performance and behavior of flame retardant materials were characterized by UL94 vertical burning test,micro-combustion calorimetry(MCC),limiting oxygen index and so on.And the corresponding degradation process and flame retardant mechanism of materials was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results show that the combination of M-MCA and aluminum hydroxide has a significant synergistic flame retardant effect on the phosphorus-containing epoxy resin,while it exhibits an antagonistic effect with magnesium hydroxide.The above synergistic and anti-flame retardant mechanism is analyzed and discussed.
