查尔酮型双邻苯二甲腈树脂的合成与性能
Synthesis and Properties of Chalcone-Based Biphthalonitrile Resin
【摘要】 通过在极性溶剂中4-硝基邻苯二甲腈的亲核取代成功制得含查尔酮结构的双邻苯二甲腈。单体的结构采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振波谱(NMR)进行表征,同时采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究单体的热固化行为。结果表明,该查尔酮型双邻苯二甲腈具有良好的自催化性能。采用FTIR对不同固化阶段的聚合物作进一步分析,探索其固化机理。结果表明,查尔酮型双邻苯二甲腈树脂在固化时生成了吲哚类结构。对于查尔酮型双邻苯二甲腈的加工性能,通过流变仪来分析其在升温过程中的流变行为。此外,热重分析仪(TGA)和动态机械分析仪(DMA)测试结果表明,固化后的双邻苯二甲腈聚合物具有优良的热性能和热机械性能,有望作为高性能聚合物材料使用,或用于制备更多性能优越的聚合物复合材料。
【Abstract】 In this work, chalcone-based biphthalonitrile monomer was synthesized via a simple nucleophilic displacement reaction of a nitro-substituent from 4-nitrophthalonitrile in a dipolar aprotic solvent.The structure of the obtained biphthalonitrile was characterized by fourier infrared spectrum( FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR),and the differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) was used to study the curing behavior,which showed self-catalyze behavior. Taking the method of FTIR to analyze the polymer of different curing stage,and explored the polymerization mechanism. The results reveal that it could form indoles during the polymerization process. For the processability of chalcone-based biphthalonitrile, the rheological behavior during the heating process could be analyzed by rheometer. In addition,the results of thermogravimetric analysis( TGA) and dynamic mechanical analysis( DMA) show that the cured biphthalonitrile polymer could provide excellent thermal properties and mechanical properties,which could be used as a high performance polymer material or used to prepare more polymer composites with superior performance.
