基于Moldflow的生物仪器盖板注塑模具优化设计
Optimized Design of Biological Instrument Cover of Injection Mould Based on Moldflow
【摘要】 基于CAE技术,对生物仪器盖板通过流道系统、冷却和翘曲分析,进行了一模一腔注射成型工艺优化的研究,确定了最优工艺。采用4个浇口位置、18处进水口和保压时间为8. 894 s的设计方案,完成塑件成型周期为41. 24 s的高质量生产,为注塑模具的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the CAE technology,the optimum process was determined by means of the study of the optimization of the one-mould one-cavity injection molding process through the flow system,cooling and warping analysis of the plastic cover plate of biological instrument. Taking 4 gate positions,18 water inlets and 8. 894 s pressure protection time as design scheme,the high quality production of the plastic parts molding cycle was 41. 24 s,which provided references to the design of injection mold.
