【摘要】 开都河察-柳梯级AGC调度系统的主要任务是将电网AGC下达给察汗乌苏、柳树沟两电站的总负荷在两站之间和站内机组之间进行优化分配和实时控制,系统兼具自动发电控制(AGC)和经济运行(EDC)功能,系统的优化分配与电网AGC调节(下达梯级总负荷或总调节负荷)同步进行。对该系统的架构、功能、优化策略和运行效果等进行了概述,可供同行借鉴。

【Abstract】 The main task of Cha-Liu cascade AGC dispatching system in Kaidu River is to distribute the total load of power grid AGC to Chahanwusu and Liushugou hydropower stations for optimal distribution and real-time control between the two stations and between the units in a station. The system has the functions of automatic generation control( AGC) and economic operation( EDC). The optimal distribution of system and the regulation of power grid AGC( total load or total dispatching save load distributed to cascade stations) are synchronously implemented. The structure, function, optimization strategy and operation effect of the system are outlined herein for reference to other stations.
