葡萄糖氧化酶对白羽肉鸡生产性能、养分代谢及肠道组织形态的影响
Effects of Glucose Oxidase on Growth Performance, Nutrient Metabolism and Intestinal Morphology of White Broilers
【摘要】 为研究葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对白羽肉鸡(ROSS 308)生产性能、养分消化率和肠道形态的影响,试验选择体重接近、健康的1日龄罗斯308白羽肉仔鸡(公母比例11)200只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10只。分别在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加GOD 0、50、100、200 U·kg-1。试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加GOD 100和200 U·kg-1显著提高肉鸡全期日增重、降低耗料增重比(P<0.05),显著提高干物质、粗蛋白质利用率及表观代谢能(P<0.05)。添加GOD 200 U·kg-1可显著降低回肠p H,但GOD对肉鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验表明,肉鸡日粮中添加GOD 100~200 U·kg-1能通过提高养分消化率,降低回肠pH等方式提高肉鸡生长性能。
【Abstract】 To study the effects of glucose oxidase(GOD) on broiler growth performance, nutrient digestibility and intestinal morphology, two hundred of Ross 308 white feather chickens(half of male and female) were randomly divided into four treatments, five repetitions per treatment and 10 replicates per repetition. The control group feed acorn-soybean meal based diet. The treatments were added 50, 100 and 200 U · kg-1 glucose oxidase,respectively. The experiment period was 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, adding100 and 200 U·kg-1 of GOD significantly increased the broilers daily weight gain, reduced the ratio of feed to weight gain(P<0.05). For nutrients digestibility, GOD significantly increased the digestibility of dry matter(DM), crude protein(CP) and apparent metabolic energy(P<0.05). Adding 200 U·kg-1 of GOD significantly reduced the ileum p H(P<0.05). However, the height of the villus, the depth of the recess and the depth of the villi/recess had no significantly differences between each groups(P>0.05). The results suggested that supplemented with 100-200 U·kg-1 of GOD could improve the broilers growth performance through increasing the nutrients digestibility and decreasing the ileum pH.
