【摘要】 目的使用循证医学的方法评价中西医结合治疗卵巢癌腹水的临床疗效,为中西医结合治疗肿瘤及肿瘤相关并发症提供循证医学依据。方法按照国际Cochrane协作网的系统评价方法,检索2001年1月1日至2018年1月1日期间在CNKI、VIP、CBM等七大数据库发表的关于中西医结合治疗卵巢癌腹水的随机对照试验报道,采用改良Jadad质量评分评价文献质量,并使用软件Revman 5. 0进行Meta分析。结果纳入17篇文献,其中3篇的质量评分为2分,14篇为1分。结果显示中西医结合方案在治疗卵巢癌腹水的总有效率以及提高患者生活质量评分上均优于西医常规治疗组,且可降低不良反应发生率。但所有研究的方法学质量水平较低,样本量太小,治疗疗程过短,随访期限短,随机及盲法报道实施不想,漏斗图亦提示存在发表性偏倚。结论中西医结合治疗卵巢癌腹水较西医常规治疗疗效更好,但需要更多高质量、大样本的多中心研究验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ovarian cancer ascites by integrated traditional and western medicine by the approach of evidence-based medicine and to provide evidences for the treatment of tumor and related complications from integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods According to the systematic review method of the Cochrane Collaboration,all reports of the randomized controlled trials on the treatment of ovarian cancer with ascites from January 1,2001 to January 1,2018 were retrieved from 7 databases such as CNKI,VIP,CBM. The Improved Jadad quality scores was used to evaluate the quality of literature. Meta-analysis was performed by using Revman 5. 0. Result17 papers were included in the study,in which,3 paper scored 2 points and 14 scored 1 point. The results showed that,in the treatment of ovarian cancer ascites,integrated traditional and western medicine was superior to western medicine in improving quality of life and reducing adverse reactions. However,the methodological quality of all the studies was low with a small sample size,a short treatment course and follow-up period. In addition,the report of random and blind method was not in detail and the funnel-plot indicated publication bias. Conclusion Compared with western medicine,the treatment on ovarian cancer with ascites by integrated traditional and western medicine treatment has shown better effect,however,high-quality,large-sample,multi-center researches are needed.更多还原
