【摘要】 目的观察香砂六君子汤加味治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将100例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药汤剂香砂六君子汤加味治疗,对照组口服布洛芬胶囊。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均较本组治疗前好转(P <0. 05),两组病例治疗后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。治疗组治疗后总有效率86. 00%,对照组治疗后总有效率74. 00%,两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。治愈后继续随访3个月,治疗组治愈后复发率为14. 28%,对照组治愈后复发率为85. 71%,治疗组明显低于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论香砂六君子汤加味治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效显著,复发率较低,有临床推广的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold blood stasis type. Methods 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and the control group was given ibuprofen capsule. Results The VAS scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The difference of VAS scores between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The total effective rate was 86. 00% in the treatment group and 74. 00% in the control group. The total effective rate after treatment was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). After the follow-up for 3 months,the recurrence rate was 14. 28% in the treatment group and 85. 71% in the control group. The treatment group in the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction has significant clinical effect in treating primary dysmenorrheal with cold coagulation and blood stasis.
