【摘要】 目的:探究健脾生血片治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)伴贫血的疗效及对血液贫血指标和炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年6月新都区第三人民医院收治的CHF伴贫血患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。所有患者均给予西药常规对症支持治疗,观察组则在此基础上加用健脾生血片,2组患者均连续治疗4周。观察并比较2组的疗效、炎性因子水平、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞(RBC)、血清铁(Fe)水平以及生命质量评分。结果:观察组总有效率(80. 00%)显著高于对照组(53. 33%)(P <0. 05)。治疗后,2组患者的炎性因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平以及明尼苏达心功能不全生命质量量表(MLHFQ)评分均降低,且观察组的IL-6、TNF-α水平和MLHFQ评分均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后,2组患者的HGB、RBC、Fe水平均升高,且观察组的HGB、RBC、Fe水平均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:西药常规治疗基础上,给予健脾生血片进行治疗对CHF伴贫血患者临床疗效显著,可较好的改善心肾阳虚证候,抑制炎性因子分泌,控制贫血症状,改善心功能,值得临床进一步研究与推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Shengxue Tablet on patients with chronic heart failure( CHF) accompanied by anemia and its influence on anemia and inflammatory factors. Methods: A total of 60 patients with CHF accompanied by anemia who visited Xindu District Third People’s Hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into a control group( 30 cases) and an observation group( 30 cases). All patients were given conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment with western medicine,while the observation group was additionally given Jianpi Shengxue Tablets on this basis of the control group. Both groups of patients were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The curative effect,levels of inflammatory factor,hemoglobin( HGB),red blood cell( RBC),serum iron( Fe) and score of quality of life in the 2 groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group( 80. 00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 53. 33%)( P <0. 05). After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-6( IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-( TNF-α) and score of Minnesota cardiac insufficiency quality of life scale( MLHFQ) in the 2 groups decreased,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand score of MLHFQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of HGB,RBC and Fe in the 2 groups increased,and the levels of HGB,RBC and Fe in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Jianpi Shengxue Tablet has a significant clinical effect on patients with CHF accompanied by anemia. It can better improve the syndrome of heart and kidney yang deficiency,inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors,control the symptoms of anemia,and improve the cardiac function.
