雾化微喷灌溉技术在香菇种植中的应用研究
Study on application of atomization micro-spray irrigation technology in lentinus edodes planting
【摘要】 微喷灌溉是一种介于喷灌和滴灌之间的先进灌溉技术,与传统的地面灌溉技术相比,具有节水效果好、灌水均匀、省工省时、受地形地貌限制小等优点。近年来,该技术在果树种植、设施农业、大田作物种植、植树造林、畜禽养殖、城市环境降温、除尘等多个领域得到了大面积的推广应用,生态效果显著,经济效益明显提高。本文以大棚香菇种植为例,设计建成一套菇棚悬挂式雾化微喷灌溉系统,并介绍了系统控制菇棚温度、湿度的技术管理要点。与传统人工喷洒相比,可节水85%,耗时节省87.5%,用工量和用工投入节省87.5%,产量和净利润可增加10%。
【Abstract】 Micro-spray is an advanced irrigation technology between sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation. Compared with traditional surface irrigation technology, it has the advantages of good water-saving effect, uniform irrigation, labor-saving and time-saving, and is less limited by topography. In recent years, the technology has been widely applied in many fields such as fruit tree planting, facility agriculture, field crop planting, afforestation, livestock and poultry breeding, urban environment cooling, dust removal and so on. The ecological effect is remarkable and the economic benefit is obviously improved. Taking mushroom cultivation in plastic shed as an example, this paper designs and builds a set of mushroom shed suspended atomizing micro-spray irrigation system, and points out the key technical management points of the system to control the temperature and humidity of mushroom shed. Compared with traditional manual spraying, it can save 85% of water, 87.5% of time, 87.5% of labor and labor input, and 10% of output and net profit.
