Matlab软件辅助分析化学终点误差教学
Matlab-Software-Aided Analysis of Chemical End Point Error Teaching
【摘要】 分析化学络合滴定的终点误差的计算是公认的教学重点和学生的学习难点,而络合过程中酸度控制极其重要。文章以0.01000mol.L-1的EDTA滴定同浓度的Mg2+为例,通过终点误差的数学公式,利用Matlab建立数学模型可方便求算终点误差;并通过Matlab编程绘制出pMsp及pMep与pH的关系曲线和终点误差(Et)与pH的关系曲线。突破教学的重点和难点,使学生摆脱复杂公式的烦扰,更好地理解化学问题的本质,并取得良好的教学效果。
【Abstract】 The calculation of the end point error of the analytical chemistry complexometric titration is a recognized teaching focus and the student’s learning difficulty, and the acidity control is very important in the process of complexation. By taking 0.01000 mol.L-1 EDTA titration with the same concentration of Mg2+ as an example, through the mathematical formula of the end point error and using Matlab to establish the mathematical model, it is easy to calculate the end point error. The relation curve between pMsp and pMep and pH and the relation curve of Et and pH are plotted through Matlab programming. In this way, it is helpful to break through the key and difficult points of teaching, make students get rid of the annoyance of complex formulas, understand the essence of chemical problems better, and get good teaching results.
