基于MC-E算法的CT图像三维重建
3D reconstruction of CT image based on MC-E algorithm
【摘要】 为减少三维重建时的空洞、提高重建效率,对传统移动立方体算法(MC)进行研究和改进,提出移动立方体拓型算法(MC-E)。对传统算法中的15种基本拓型进行修改,主要包括缩减对称拓型、合并镜像对称的构型、拓展存在二义性的基本拓型,使用17种拓型进行三维重建,减少二义性造成的表面空洞;在图像插值时,采用中值法替代线性插值,减少运算次数。仿真结果表明,该算法较传统MC算法具有更好的重建效果和运算效率。
【Abstract】 To reduce the holes and improve the efficiency of 3D reconstruction,the traditional marching cubes algorithm(MC)was studied and improved,and the marching cubes-extension structure algorithm(MC-E)was proposed.15 basic extension types in the traditional algorithm were modified,including reducing symmetric extension,combining mirror symmetry extension,expanding the basic extension type,the 17 kinds of extension type were used to reconstruct CT images,which effectively reduced the surface voids caused by ambiguity.In image interpolation,median method was used instead of linear interpolation,which greatly reduced the number of operations.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better reconstruction effects and operation efficiency than the traditional MC algorithm.
