【摘要】 随着新型城镇化建设进程的不断推进,农村家庭"空巢化"现象愈发严重,留守老年人的养老问题逐渐成为亟待解决的社会难题。以辽宁省农村留守老年人关爱服务体系为研究载体,通过实地调研和文献查阅,探究留守老年人生活困境及关爱服务发展的现实需求,深入分析农村留守老年人关爱服务体系建设的主要问题及原因,并以此为依据提出了相应的改进对策,以期为关爱服务体系的科学化建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With continuous promotion of new urbanization construction,the phenomenon of ‘empty-nest’ in rural families becomes more and more serious. It seems that how to take care of the left-behind elderly has gradually become a social problem. This paper takes rural left-behind elderly care service system of Liaoning Province as the carrier.With the method of document retrieval and investigation, it clarifies the plight of the left-behind elderly as well as the realistic demand of developing care service.What′s more,the paper also analyzes the main problems and reasons of care service system construction and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
