基于ANP-SWOT模型的沈阳市智慧城市建设方案
Research on the Construction Scheme of Smart City in Shenyang Based on ANP-SWOT Model
【摘要】 智慧城市是一种先进的城市发展理念,对城市的健康可持续发展具有重要意义。以沈阳市为研究对象,运用SWOT矩阵分析了影响沈阳市智慧城市建设的内外因素,根据因素间的相互影响关系构建了ANP模型,计算出各个因素的权重。结果表明,沈阳市智慧城市建设的最利因素为国家政策的支持,最不利因素为智慧城市建设高难度、高风险的特点。最后,从政务、基础设施、经济、城建和文化等多个角度提出了沈阳市智慧城市的建设方案,以期为实践提供参考。
【Abstract】 Smart city is an advanced urban development concept,which is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of the city.Taking Shenyang City as the research object,SWOT matrix is used to analyze the internal and external factors affecting the construction of smart city in Shenyang,and the ANP model is constructed according to the mutual influence of factors,and the weight of each factor is calculated.The results show that the most favorable factor for the construction of smart cities in Shenyang is the support of national policies.The most unfavorable factor is the difficulty and high risk of smart city construction.Finally,from the perspectives of government affairs,infrastructure,economy,urban construction and culture,the construction plan of smart city in Shenyang is put forward,in order to provide reference for practice.
