基于“有效成分—性状”的关联分析评价丹参品质的研究

【摘要】 "辨状论质"是中药传统鉴定的核心和精髓,现行大多数中药材商品规格标准建立在此基础之上,但其科学内涵有待深入研究与探索。本研究以常用中药材丹参为对象,采用表型组技术,通过丹参根系形态特征的高通量数字化采集及建模,对根系形态特征参数进行系统评价,并构建关键形态特征与活性成分的关联性。发现具有品质指征作用的关键性状特征参数:最大直径、色度值、形成层外内比例,进一步通过拟合丹参品质评价模型验证上述性状特征的品质指征作用,为进一步认知丹参品质内涵提供理论基础。

【Abstract】 "Character differentiation and quality"is the core and essence for the identification of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on it, most current commercial specification standards of traditional Chinese medicine were established.However, their scientific connotation need to be further explored. In this study, the common used Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae was taken as the object. By using phenome technology, as well as high-throughput digital acquisition and modeling of morphological characteristics for root system of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,system evaluation for morphological characteristic parameters of root system was performed, and correlation between key morphological characteristics and active ingredients was established. The key character parameters which can indicate the quality were found: the largest diameter, chromatic value, as well as external and internal ratio of cambium. They were further verified the function of indicating the quality by fitting the quality evaluation model of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae. So as to provide theoretical basis for further understanding the quality connotation of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
