【摘要】 目的探讨抗过敏基础上加用维生素D₃与钙联合治疗婴儿湿疹的临床效果与安全性。方法择取2017年1月—2019年3月该院收治的86例婴儿湿疹,随机分为两组。对照组43例,予以患者抗过敏药物外用;实验组43例,对照组基础上加用维生素D3与钙剂口服。评价两组疗效,统计不良反应,随访观察复发率。结果实验组治疗后皮损面积评分（1.37±0.42）分,皮损形态评分（1.51±0.39）分,瘙痒程度评分（0.82±0.31）分,治疗总有效率86.05%,复发率2.33%,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=3.254、3.180、3.112,χ²=3.774、3.623;P<0.05）。用药期间两组均未见不良反应。结论抗过敏基础上加用维生素D3与钙联合治疗婴儿湿疹效果确切,可有效加速患儿临床症状改善,提高治疗效果,预防复发,应用安全有效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of vitamin D₃ combined with calcium in the treatment of infantile eczema on the basis of anti-allergy. Methods 86 cases of infant eczema admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were ran-domLy divided into two groups. 43 cases in the control group were given antiallergic drugs for external use; 43 cases in the experi-mental group were given vitamin D₃ and calcium orally on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, adverse reactions and re-currence rate of the two groups were evaluated. Results In the experimental group, the skin lesion area score（1.37 ±0.42）points, the lesion morphology score（1.51±0.39）points, the itching degree score（0.82±0.31）points, the total effective rate was 86.05%, and the recurrence rate was 2.33%. In the control group,the difference was statistically significant（t=3.254, 3.180, 3.112, χ²=3.774, 3.623; P<0.05）.There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the medication period. Conclusion Anti-allergic treatment combined with vitamin D3 and calcium in the treatment of infant eczema is effective, can effectively accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve treatment, prevent recurrence, safe and effective application, worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
