【摘要】 为了适应广东省"新师范"建设需要,在反思地方高校教师教育课程存在地位边缘化、教学理论化、师资杂牌化和实践低效化等问题的基础上,提出应围绕课程体系、教学团队、教学模式、教学资源、实践效果、评价方式这六个关键内容,通过教师教育机制体制创新、课程设置规范化、实践教学平台建设、课程资源开发与共享等实施路径,切实开展教师教育课程建设,有效提高"新师范"教师人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To adapt to the request of constructing"New Normal University", this paper probes into problems existing in the Curriculum of Teacher Education in the local university,namely, the marginal position of the curriculum, the over-emphasis of teaching theory, the lack of systematic training of the faculty, and the ineffectiveness of the teaching practice. In light of the system of curriculum, the team of faculty, the mode of teaching, the effectiveness of teaching practice and the related assessments, it puts forwards the following means of implementation, that is, the innovation of the mechanism of teacher education, the standardization of course design, the construction of the platforms for teaching practice, the development as well as the sharing of the curriculum resources, so as to construct the curriculum of teacher education and improve the quality of teacher training in"New Normal University".更多还原
