【Abstract】 The article describes the general situation of construction, the strategic orientation and the constructing progress of the Overseas Chinese Economic & Cultural Cooperation Pilot Zone in Shantou Special Economic Zone and then has an analysis of the types and specific contents of service-producing industries developed in Shantou Overseas Chinese Experimental Area. Also, it points out that under the background of building an important portal of the 21 st-century Maritime Silk Road, strategies that can be adopted by Shantou Overseas Chinese Experimental Area to develop its service-producing industries are as follows: to focus attention on the development & innovation of service-producing industries, to actively cultivate the demand market of service-producing, to accelerate the interaction and integration between manufacturing and service-producing industries, to promote the agglomeration development of service-producing industries in the Experimental Area, to increase investment to build high-level talents gathering platform and so on.更多还原
