【摘要】 本文以石油炼制企业环保标准为研究对象,通过分析国家和石油石化行业环境保护政策、发展规划和发展趋势,借鉴我国现有环保标准体系,以及企业标准体系的构成,构建了包括国家标准和行业标准的石油炼制企业环境保护标准体系框架及标准体系表,并探讨了今后重点制定的标准,旨在为石油炼制企业更好地开展环保工作提供技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes environmental protection standards for refinery enterprises as research object. By analyzing the policies, development plans and trends on environmental protection, this paper takes reference from existing national standards system of environmental protection, establishes the framework and table of standards systems of environmental protection including national and local standards for refinery enterprises and discusses the prioritized standards development in future. The goal is to provide support for better work on environmental protection of refinery enterprises.更多还原
