【摘要】 目的探讨5S管理模式在医院检验科急诊组的应用效果。方法比较上海市胸科医院检验科急诊组开展5S改善行动前后工作区域内物品数量、工作人员年走动步数及公里数、5S评分的数据,分析改善前后的差异。结果开展5S改善行动后,工作区域内物品数量较改善前大大减少,工作人员年走动步数和公里数也较改善前明显减少,5S评分有所提高。结论将5S管理模式应用于医院检验科急诊组后,工作环境得到切实改善,工作流程得以优化,有效激发了员工的主观能动性,提升了检验质量与效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of 5 S management mode in an emergency laboratory of hospital. Methods 5 S practice was carried out in the emergency laboratory of Shanghai Chest Hospital. The difference was evaluated before and after the 5 S practice by comparing the number of items in the work area,the number of walking steps,kilometers per year and 5 S score. Results After the 5 S practice in the emergency laboratory,the number of items in the work area,the number of walking steps and kilometers per year were reduced,and the 5 S score was improved. Conclusions After the 5 S management mode is carried out in the emergency laboratory,the work environment is improved effectively,the work flow is optimized,the staff initiative is stimulated,and the quality and efficiency are improved.更多还原
