玉米秸秆粉水热炭化制备碳量子点及其光催化性能研究
Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of Carbon Quantum Dots from Corn Straw Powder Via Hydrothermal Carbonization
【摘要】 以玉米秸秆粉为碳源,采用水热法制备了荧光碳量子点(CQDs),采用TEM、FT-IR、紫外分光光度计和荧光分光光度计对CQDs的粒径分布、结构特征及光学性质进行了分析。将CQDs与g-C3N4复合,对CQDs/g-C3N4复合材料的光催化性能进行了初探。实验结果表明:单一的CQDs和g-C3N4均有较好的光催化活性,当CQDs复合适量的g-C3N4时,光催化性能进一步增强。当CQDs/g-C3N4复合材料中加入60mL CQDs溶液,用量为0.04g,光催化降解亚甲基蓝的效果最佳,120min时亚甲基蓝基本降解完全。
【Abstract】 Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)were prepared by hydrothermal method using corn straw powder as raw materials.The particle size distribution,structure and optical properties of CQDs were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),ultraviolet spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The photocatalytic degradation properties of carbon quantum dots,carbon nitride and CQDs/g-C3N4 composites were studied.The results show that,Both single carbon quantum dots and g-C3N4 have good photocatalytic activity.When carbon quantum dots are combined with appropriate amount of g-C3N4,the photocatalytic performance is further enhanced.When the volume of the carbon quantum dots added in the composite material is 60 mL,the mass of the composite material is 0.04 g,the effect of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue is optimal,and the methylene blue was almost completely degraded at 120 min.
