【Abstract】 Based on the China Dairy Statistical Yearbook 2017 and the survey report on the consumption of dairy products by 775 residents in Heilongjiang province, the article summarizes Heilongjiang province from three aspects: the consumption quantity of dairy products, the consumption structure and the difference between urban and rural areas. The current consumption situation of dairy products in residents, and then the factors affecting the consumption of dairy products in Heilongjiang province were analyzed from positive and negative aspects, and the trend of dairy product consumption in Heilongjiang province was judged, and the flourishing and healthy development of dairy products industry in Heilongjiang province was expected.更多还原
