LNG热物性参数的计算
Calculation of Thermal and Physical Properties of LNG
【摘要】 液化天然气(LNG)是多元混合物,其热物性参数的计算不能按照理想状态处理。引入各参数相应混合规则,分别介绍了LNG导热系数、动力黏度、密度及定压比热容的计算方法,并且以某气源为例,用Matlab编程计算出不同温度下LNG的这四种基本热物性参数,并和HYSYS的计算结果进行了比较,结果表明该计算方法可行。
【Abstract】 Liquefied natural gas(LNG) is a multicomponent mixture, and its thermal and physical properties cannot be calculated in an ideal state. In this paper, the corresponding mixing rules of various parameters are introduced, and the calculation methods of LNG thermal conductivity, dynamic viscosity, density and specific heat capacity at constant pressure are introduced respectively. Taking a certain gas source as an example, Matlab programming is used to calculate four basic thermal and physical properties of LNG at different temperatures, and the calculation results are compared with those of HYSYS. The results show that the calculation method is feasible.
