高压天然气管道泄漏扩散的孔口特征研究
Study on the characteristics of leakage and diffusion of high pressure natural gas pipeline
【摘要】 选择天然气管道舱的一部分,在天然气管道的泄漏孔上方建立80×2.1m的关于泄漏扩散的物理模型,通过三大基本方程、组分输运方程和湍流方程建立其数学模型,模拟初始条件为舱室内的天然气浓度为0,以管道上泄漏空的泄漏速率为边界条件的天然气管道在不通风条件下的气体泄漏扩散情况,研究泄漏孔口面积和分布状态对泄漏扩散的影响。结果表明:泄漏孔口面积越大,泄漏速率越快;泄漏面积相等时,泄漏孔口越分散,扩散进行的越慢。
【Abstract】 Select a part of the natural gas pipeline compartment,establish a physical model of leakage diffusion of 80×2.1 M above the leakage hole of the natural gas pipeline,and establish its mathematical model through three basic equations,component transport equations,and turbulence equations. The effect of the leakage area and distribution state on the leakage diffusion of natural gas pipeline with the leakage rate on the pipe as the boundary condition under unventilated condition is studied. The results show that the leak rate is faster with the larger hole area. When the leakage area is the same,the more dispersed the leak hole,the slower the diffusion is.
