【摘要】 建设城市社区智慧"医养结合"养老模式是推进健康中国战略、实现健康老龄化的重要举措。目前,智慧"医养结合"模式虽已基本具备政策支持、经济自发、技术保障等条件,但仍受到政策协调、利益冲突、信息泄露、人才匮乏等因素掣肘。未来应积极运用大数据、云计算、5G网络等信息化平台,从明确职能定位、引导智慧经济、加强文化建设、强化技术运用等关节点入手,完善医养体系,提高服务质量,构建城市社区智慧"医养结合"养老模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing the model of intellectualized integration of health and social care in urban communities is an important measure to promote the Strategy of Healthy China and realize healthy aging. At present,the construction of the model of intellectualized integration of health and social Care in urban communities has the basic conditions of policy support,economic spontaneity and technical guarantee,but it is still constrained by policy coordination,interests conflict,information leakage and talents shortage and other factors. In the future,we should actively use Big Data,Cloud Computing,5 G Network and other information platforms,starting with defining the function orientation,guiding intelligent economy,enhancing cultural construction and strengthening the use of technology to improve the medical-care system and service quality,construct the Intelligent Integration of Health and Social Care Model in Urban Community.更多还原
