新型降速剂对聚醚推进剂燃烧性能的影响
Effect of New Retardant on Combustion Performance of Polyether Propellant
【摘要】 为了进一步降低聚醚推进剂燃烧速度,采用TG/DTA法分析了新型降速剂对推进剂主要组分(粘合剂、增塑剂、氧化剂)热分解行为的影响,并考察了降速剂在聚醚推进剂中的应用效果,研究了降速剂粒径、含量对推进剂燃烧性能的影响。研究表明:新型降速剂可以抑制PET、AP的热分解,使PET分解温度提高约40℃,使AP低温分解提高约30℃,使高温分解提高约15℃;新型降速剂在聚醚推进剂中降速效果明显,当用量为2%,压强为7 MPa下静态燃速由8.73 mm/s降低至6.26 mm/s,降幅为28.3%,动态燃速由10.85 mm/s降低至8.59mm/s,降幅为20.8%,效果优于碳酸钙、草酰胺等常用降速剂;提高降速剂含量、减小粒径,均有利于提高降速效果,但对降低压强指数没有作用。该降速方法可以推广到其他推进剂体系中。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the burning rate of polyether propellants,TG/DTA method is used to analyze the effect of the new retardant on the thermal decomposition of the main components of the propellant(polymer,plasticizer and oxidant).The effect of retardant on polyether propellants is investigated.Furthermore,the effect of particle size and content of retardant on the combustion performance of the propellant is studied.It is shown that the new retardant can inhibit the thermal decomposition of PET and AP,making PET decomposition temperature improve by about 40 ℃,low temperature of AP improve by about 30 ℃,and high temperature decomposition improve by about 15 ℃.The effect of new retardant on the polyether propellant is obvious.When the content of retardant is 2%,the static burning rate of 7 MPa decreases from 8.73 mm/s to 6.26 mm/s,the drop is 28.3%,and the dynamic burning rate decreases from 10.85 mm/s to 8.59 mm/s,the drop is 20.8%,which is better than the common retardant calcium carbonate and oxamide.Improving the content of retardant and reducing particle size are beneficial to improve the effect of reducing speed,but it has no effect on lowering the pressure index.The method of reducing burning rate can be extended to other propellant systems.
