大悬臂盖梁节段拼装施工及应用

【摘要】 大吨位大悬臂盖梁的快速拼装施工是桥梁下部结构预制施工的关键问题。提出了一种直接利用地面吊机实现盖梁悬臂节段架设的挂锁施工法,介绍了挂锁系统的基本组成及挂锁法施工流程,并根据节段接缝面应力状态要求,给出了锁定次序和锁定力的约束条件。基于试验盖梁的施工阶段及运营阶段荷载试验监测数据,对挂锁法施工用时,接缝面应力状态、拼装精度和刚度、以及抗裂性等施工和使用阶段性能进行了分析和评估,可为同类结构施工和评估提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 The rapid assembly technique for pier cap with high weight and large cantilever length becomes a key issue in prefabrication of bridge substructures.This paper proposes a Hang-Locking construction method that the ground crane is directly used to erect the cantilever segment of pier cap,introduces the composition and the construction process of the method,and gives the constraints of the locking order and locking force according to the stress state requirements at segmental joints.Based on the monitoring data at construction stage and operation stage,the performance at the construction and operation stages is analyzed and evaluated,including the construction time of locking,the stress state at joints,the assembly accuracy and rigidity,and the crack resistance,which can provide reference for the construction and evaluation of similar structures.
