碳钢抗氧化涂层的制备与性能分析

【摘要】 以铝矾土、硼砂、玻璃粉和钛白粉(金红石型)为主要原料,制备了三种玻璃态碳钢抗氧化涂层。利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)分析了涂层的物相组成与形貌。结果表明,三种涂层均具有抗氧化性能,且使用后不会影响基体的组织构成;相较于无涂层保护基体,三种涂层基体边缘脱碳层深度可以减少67%、88%及90%,加热5h后质量变化率分别下降61%、82%及94%;由铝矾土、硼砂、玻璃粉及钛白粉(金红石型)比例为5∶10∶2∶3所制备的涂层,因其中含有热稳定性好的TiAl2O5,且表面结构致密,孔隙较少,没有裂纹和夹杂,抗氧化性能最佳。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of glassy oxidation-resistant coatings were prepared with bauxite,borax,glass powder and titanium dioxide(rutile type)as main raw materials.The phase,component and morphology of the coatings were analyzed by metallographic microscope,X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that all the three coatings will not affect the structure of the matrix.Compared with uncoated sample,all the three kinds of coatings’ mass change rate reduced by 61%,82% and 94% after heating for 5 hours respectively,and the depth of decarbonization layer at the edge of three matrixes were reduced by 67%、88% and 90%.Coating prepared from bauxite,borax,glass powder and titanium dioxide(rutile type)ratio 5∶10∶2∶3 has the best oxidation resistant properties because of containing TiAl2O5 with good thermal stability,and its compact surface structure,few pores,no cracks and inclusions.
