框支式冷弯玻璃可靠性研究与施工工艺
Construction Technology and Study on Reliability of Cold Bent Frame-supported Curtain Wall
【摘要】 苏州中心广场大鸟型采光顶88%区域采用冷弯工艺加工曲面构型的玻璃板块。但目前业内对这种加工工艺安全性和可靠性的研究较少,缺乏对口规范条例指导设计和施工。该工程的采光顶在设计时采用有限元分析的方式指导制订了冷弯方案。考虑到玻璃材性的离散性,为进一步确认该工艺安全可靠,设计了一个冷弯试验,通过在一点对框支式玻璃试件施加位移模拟冷弯加工。试验结果表明,苏州中心广场的冷弯方案安全可行,仅会在玻璃内部产生有限内力。
【Abstract】 88% area of the bird-shaped glazing roof of Suzhou Center adopts cold bent technology.However,not enough research is done on safety and reliability of this new technology. The design and construction of cold bent curtain wall lack specialized code. In this project,cold bent scheme is directed by FEM software. Considering the discreteness of glass,this paper designs an experiment to further confirm the safety and reliability of this scheme. The result proves that the cold bent scheme of Suzhou Center project is safe and reliable,and only limited stress exists in cold bent specimen.
