苏州中心采光顶框支式冷弯玻璃施工工艺及疲劳性能试验研究
Experimental Study on Fatigue Property of the Cold Bent Frame-supported Glazing Roof in Suzhou Center Project
【摘要】 苏州中心广场大鸟型采光顶88%区域采用冷弯工艺加工曲面构型的玻璃板块,在此前的研究中笔者通过静载试验验证了本工程冷弯加工方案的安全性和可靠性,但在实际使用工况下,冷弯玻璃还会受到风荷载、雪荷载等外部荷载。设计并开展了疲劳试验,探究冷弯工艺及冷弯幅值对采光顶日常使用性能的影响。试验结果表明,冷弯加工会对半钢化玻璃的疲劳性能产生有限的不利影响,同时通过试验发现了半钢化玻璃疲劳破坏模式的部分特点。
【Abstract】 88% area of the bird-shaped glazing roof of Suzhou Center adopts cold bent technology. In former research,the authors carry out an experiment on safety and reliability of cold bent technology.However,the glazing roof also bears loads such as wind and snow in working condition. The influence of cold bent technology on load bearing capacity of glass is studied in this paper throughout a fatigue test.The result shows that cold bent technology has adverse influence on fatigue property of heat-strengthened glass. And new destruction phenomenon is also observed in the experiment.
