基于正交分析法的透水混凝土抗冻性能试验研究

【摘要】 采用快冻法对透水混凝土进行冻融循环试验,研究冻融破坏形态。并在此基础上,选取目标孔隙率为20%,以水灰比、骨料粒径、聚丙烯仿钢纤维掺量为因素设计不同因素水平的正交试验,采用均值极差法和方差分析法研究各因素对透水混凝土抗冻性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,冻融破坏形态主要以断裂为主,部分透水混凝土试件能经受125次冻融循环;不同因素对抗冻性能影响的主次顺序为骨料粒径、纤维掺量、水灰比;通过多次试验得到透水混凝土抗冻性能最优时的配合比,即水灰比为0. 31、纤维掺量为0. 4%、骨料粒径为5~10mm。

【Abstract】 The freeze-thaw damage mode of the pervious concrete is explored through freezing and thawing the sample by fast freezing method. On this basis,with the target porosity selected as 20%,water-cement ratio,aggregate size and polypropylene thick fiber content are used as the main factors to design the orthogonal experiment with different factor levels. The mixture ratio design method mainly refers to technical specification for cement concrete pavement. The influence of various factors on the frost resistance performance is analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis. The results show that rupture is the main form of the freeze-thaw damage mode. Part of the specimens with this mixture ratio could be subjected to125 freeze-thaw cycles. The main influence factors on the frost resistance performance of pervious concrete are aggregate size,fiber content and water-cement ratio. The best mix proportion is obtained,and the water-cement ratio is 0. 31,the fiber content is 0. 4%,and the aggregate size is 5 ~ 10 mm.
