跳仓法施工条件下大体积混凝土温度场有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Large-volume Concrete Temperature Field Under the Conditions of Sequence Method
【摘要】 以云南省昆明市某城市棚户区改造项目为背景,采用有限元软件Midas FEA对分仓进行跳仓施工建模,通过选择参数、边界条件确定荷载和水化热后得到相应温度场,分析分仓顶部和底部中心节点处温度变化情况,研究跳仓法施工技术在该项目大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制中运用的有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on the renovation project of a shantytown in Kunming,Yunnan,this paper is aim to study the temperature field when the finite element software Midas FEA is used to perform the simulation analysis of the silos. After determining the load and hydration heat by selecting parameters and boundary conditions,the corresponding temperature field is obtained,the temperature changes the center nodes at the top and bottom is analyzed,the results of the study prove the effectiveness of the technique in the control of large-volume concrete temperature crack in this project.
