【Abstract】 Innovative and enterpreneurial activities are increasingly prevailing under the background of new and old growth drivers shifting. The growth process of start-ups in incubating lifecycle is also the evolutionary process of various capabilities: incubatees’ attractiveness is fundamental to enterpreneurship; the industrial linkage pulls the evolution of supporting capalibity and enhances integrating development; and the adaptability leads incubatees’ qualitative change. To discover the "blackbox" of incubatees’ growth capability evoluation helps to illustrate the connection between firms’ behaviours in micro-level and macro economy, extent the firm growth theory and guide the future incubating practice.更多还原
