头颈部鳞癌放射敏感性研究趋势和热点的可视化分析

【摘要】 目的分析国际头颈部鳞癌放射敏感性研究的趋势和热点主题,为科研人员进一步开展相关研究提供信息支持。方法应用PubMed数据库,首先检索头颈部癌放射敏感性的相关文献,然后根据纳入和排除标准筛选头颈部鳞癌放射敏感性研究的相关文献。应用定量计数及高频主要主题词/副主题词共词双聚类方法,分析该领域研究的年载文量、核心期刊以及研究热点。结果共获得1 117篇相关文献,自1980年开始,文献量呈指数的增长趋势。该领域有11种核心期刊,其中期刊《International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics》的发文量最多。该领域的研究热点主要为:①鼻咽癌的放射敏感性研究;②针对于表皮生长因子受体的放射增敏研究;③头颈部鳞癌的放射增敏剂研究;④肿瘤生物标志物对于头颈部鳞癌放射敏感性的预测研究;⑤放射敏感性代谢方面的研究;⑥食管鳞癌的放射敏感性研究;⑦头颈部鳞癌放射敏感性的遗传学机制研究。结论近年来头颈部鳞癌放射敏感性领域的研究进入了加快发展的阶段,主要从遗传学和代谢角度探究头颈部鳞癌的放射敏感性,涉及的肿瘤集中在鼻咽癌和食管鳞癌,放射增敏药物的机制及其应用研究亦为一个重要的热点方向。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the trend and hot spots of worldwide research on radiosensitivity of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC), and to provide information support for researchers to carry out relevant scientific research further. Methods Firstly, the articles on radiosensitivity of head and neck carcinoma were retrieved in PubMed, then the relevant articles on radiosensitivity of HNSCC were screened out according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. By the quantitative and co-word biclustering method, the annual amount of articles, core journals and hot topics were analyzed in this field. Results A total of 1 117 related papers were retrieved. Since 1980, the amount of articles on HNSCC radiosensitivity showed an exponential increasing trend. There were 11 core journals in this field, of which, the international journal of radiation oncology, biology, physics published the largest number of relevant publications. The hot research topics in this field mainly include: ① radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, ② radiosensitization associated with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), ③ radiosensitizers of the HNSCC, ④ prediction of HNSCC radiosensitivity by tumor biomarkers, ⑤ metabolism of HNSCC radiosensitivity, ⑥radiosensitivity of esophageal squamous carcinoma, and ⑦ genetic mechanism underlying the HNSCC radiosensitivity. Conclusions In the recent years, the research on HNSCC radiosensitivity has entered a stage of accelerated development. The HNSCC radiosensitivity is mainly explored from the perspective of genetics and metabolism. The major tumors involved are nasopharyngeal carcinoma and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The mechanism and application of radiosensitizers is also an important hot spot.
