【摘要】 研究从蒙药德都红花-7味散各味药中提取的主要活性成分:黄酮类化合物、多糖、生物碱及皂苷,以及这些成分的现代药理作用。对该方剂在保肝利胆、抗肝纤维化、防治脂肪肝、调节免疫、抗氧化等方面的研究进展进行了综述,对比它们活性成分及作用的相同点及不同点,组成方剂后活性加强或相辅相成,为其指导临床用药及进一步研究开发提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main active ingredients extracted from Dedu Honghua-7 Powder each group were obtained: flavonoids,polysaccharide,alkaloids and saponins,As well as the modern pharmacological effects of these ingredients.The research progress of the prescription in the aspects of protecting liver,promoting gallbladder function,resisting liver fibrosis,preventing and treating fatty liver,regulating immunity,resisting oxidation and the like was summarized.the active ingredients and the same and different effects of the prescription were compared,and the activity of the prescription was enhanced or complemented each other after being formed,so as to provide theoretical basis for guiding clinical medication and further research and development.更多还原
