【摘要】 在对近十年我国公共图书馆志愿者服务研究的文献进行收集梳理的基础上,介绍该领域研究的主要内容。即从志愿者管理方法、长效机制、理论支持、法律支持等几个方面进行归纳总结。发现公共图书馆和志愿者相结合,具有可以协调促进我国公共图书馆文化事业繁荣发展的重要意义。但目前研究尚存在研究内容单一、理论论证不足、对志愿者本身关注度不够等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the collection and analysis of the literature on volunteer service research in public libraries in China in the past 10 years,the paper introduced the main contents of this field,That is to say,from the aspects of volunteer management methods,long-term mechanism,theoretical support,and legal support. It is found that the combination of public libraries and volunteers has the important significance of coordinating and promoting the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings of public libraries in China. However,the current research still has problems such as single research content,insufficient theoretical arguments,and insufficient attention to volunteers.更多还原
