【摘要】 十八大以后,中国正形成新中国成立以来最大规模的留学人才归国潮。文章以上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院为例,具体分析了高校海归青年教师党员发展工作的现状、问题及原因,并从思想建设、制度建设和组织建设等多方提出建议:在思想政治和意识形态工作中融入"中国情结",增强政治认同;落实党员发展工作责任制,筑牢制度保障;激发基层党组织活力,增强党组织凝聚力和向心力,通过多方协力和精细化管理,让更多更优秀的海归青年教师凝聚在党的周围,发挥出其在"双一流"建设中的积极性、主动性和创造性。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the 18 th National Congress,the largest number of returned overseas students is forming in China. This paper takes the School of Mechanical Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example,analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the development of young teacher Party members in colleges and universities,makes some suggestions from ideological building,system building and organization building: to incorporate " China complex" into ideological,political work,to strengthen political identity,to implement the responsibility system for the development of party members,and to stimulate the vitality of grass-roots party organizations,etc. We should strengthen the cohesive force and centripetal force of the party organizations and,through multi cooperation and meticulous management,let more and more excellent young teachers of overseas returnees gather around the party and give play to their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in the construction of " double first-class".更多还原
