【摘要】 在水利大数据信息处理的时代背景下,人工计算归纳已不能满足计算需求,为提高公报编制的时效性及质量,应赋予水资源业务新的管理模式与手段,并将该部分工作标准化、信息化。针对陕西省水文水资源勘测局的实际业务需求,结合框架技术开发B/S模式的水库蓄变量分析计算系统,并利用微信小程序的便捷优势加以优化设计,以解决传统信息传递方式的滞后性,便于高效准确地处理水文数据,保证政府部门传递公文的规范与严谨。

【Abstract】 Under the era background of big data processing in water conservancy industry,the methods of manual calculation and induction have been stretched.In order to improve the compilation work of Water Resources Bulletin in efficiency and quality,new management models and means should be supplied to water resources business practitioners to make the compilation work more standardized and intelligent.Aiming at the actual business needs of the Hydrology and Water Resources Survey Bureau in Shaanxi Province,the reservoir storage variable analysis and calculation system was developed under B/S mode with the framework technology,and WeChat applet with a advantages of convenient was used to solve the lag in the transmission of information under traditional mode,which help business staffs to process hydrological data efficiently and accurately and ensure the standardization and rigorousness in official documents transferring among government departments.
