近十年来湖南省产业结构与用水结构的耦合协调关系

【摘要】 为研究湖南省产业结构与用水结构的协调耦合关系,运用灰色关联度模型寻求湖南省产业结构与用水结构间的互动影响因素,辅之耦合协调度模型,从时空尺度定量分析两者的耦合协调程度及其变化过程。结果表明,湖南省产业结构与用水结构的关联度均在0.5以上,处于高关联水平;从时间上看,湖南省产业结构与用水结构耦合关系可划分为磨合阶段(2007~2009年)、拮抗阶段(2010~2013年)、初级协调阶段(2014~2016年)三个阶段;湖南省14个市州产业结构与用水结构的耦合度在空间分布上差异明显,大致可分为初级协调型(长沙市、株洲市、湘潭市、岳阳市、常德市)、磨合型(益阳市、衡阳市、郴州市、娄底市)、拮抗型(怀化市、永州市、邵阳市)、失调型(张家界市、湘西州)四种类型。研究成果对湖南省产业结构升级及水资源合理配置有一定指导意义。

【Abstract】 In order to study the harmonious coupling relationship between industrial structure and water utilization structure in Hunan Province,the gray correlation model was used to explore the interactive influencing factors between industrial structure and water utilization structure,and coupling coordination degree model was adopted to quantitatively analyze the degree of coupling coordination and its change process from the space-time scale.The results show that the correlation between industrial structure and water utilization structure in Hunan Province is above 0.5,and the whole is at a high level of correlation.From the perspective of time scale,the coupling relationship between industrial structure and water utilization structure can be divided into three stages:the running-in stage(2007-2009),the antagonistic stage(2010-2013)and the primary coordination stage(2014-2016).The coupling degree of industrial structure and water utilization structure of 14 cities is obviously different in spatial distribution,which can be roughly divided into four types:primary coordination(Changsha City,Zhuzhou City,Xiangtan City,Yueyang City,Changde City),grinding type(Yiyang City,Hengyang City,Chenzhou City,Loudi City),Antagonistic(Huaihua City,Yongzhou City,Shaoyang City);Disorder(Zhangjiajie City,Xiangxi City).The research results have certain guiding significance for industrial structure upgrading and rational allocation of water resources in Hunan Province.
