保水剂在北美冬青容器育苗中的应用研究

【摘要】 在宁波市农业科学研究院高新农业技术园区试验基地,于2018年6月开展了抗旱保水剂在北美冬青容器育苗中的应用研究,在育苗基质中添加重量比为5%、10%、20%的保水剂和对照(无保水剂)共设置4个处理,对于北美冬青的生长情况及容器的持水量进行了持续观测,结果表明:通过在基质中添加一定比例的保水剂可有效提高基质的持水量,添加5%、10%、20%之后基质持水量分别增加了32%、49.5%、53.2%;在应对干旱缺水情况方面,5%和10%表现较好,20%因北美冬青幼苗根系呼吸受到抑制,表现出缺氧现象。综上,建议在生产中使用5%~10%的抗旱保水剂可有效减低浇水频率,提高育苗成活率。

【Abstract】 Study on application of water-retaining agent in Ilex verticillata container seedling cultivation was carried out at the high-tech agricultural technology park experimental base of Ningbo academy of agricultural sciences in June 2018. Water-retaining agent was added into substrates as weight ratio of 5%,10% and 20%,compared with the control group with nothing in the substrates(CK). The chlorophyll content and weight of container were measured as criteria to evaluate the effect of water-retaining agent. The result showed that water-retaining agent could effectively improve the water holding capacity of the substrate. Adding weight ratio of 5%,10%,20% water-retaining agent in substrate could increase the weight of container by 32%,49.5%,53.2%,respectively. In response to drought and water shortage,the substrate with 5% and 10% water-retaining agent performed well,and those with 20% water-retaining agent showed root hypoxia due to low porosity. In conclusion,it is recommended to use 5%~10% drought-resistant and water-retaining agent in production to effectively reduce watering frequency and improve the survival rate of seedlings.
