激素和损伤处理对烟草根系发生及抗氧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 探讨外源激素及损伤处理对烟草根系的影响,为烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L)的优质栽培提供科学依据。以云烟87为材料,采用盆栽试验,设置不同激素和损伤处理,研究了激素和损伤处理对烟草根系发生及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:单独施外源激素IBA或ETH对不定根发生无显著作用,但两者混合后能促进不定根的发生;损伤处理及激素处理均对不定根生长及根系活力具有促进作用,且两者结合后效果更好;在抗氧化酶活性上,不定根与原生根的影响规律基本相反。这为进一步探索激素及损伤诱导对烟草根系的影响奠定了一定基础。

【Abstract】 Exploring the effects of exogenous hormones and damage treatment on tobacco roots could provide a scientific basis for cultivation of high-quality tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L). In this study, a tobacco pot experiment with different hormones and damage treatments was conducted using Yunyan 87 as material to investigate the effects of exogenous hormones and damage treatment on root development and antioxidant enzyme activity in tobacco. The results showed that single indole butyric acid(IBA) treatment or etherel(ETH) treatment had no significant effect on adventitious root initiation, but a mixture of IBA and ETH promoted adventitious root initiation. Both damage treatment and mixed hormonal treatment promoted the growth of adventitious roots and root activity, and the effect of combined treatment was better. In terms of antioxidant enzyme activity, the treatment had the opposite effect on induce adventitious roots compared with primary roots. These results will provide reference for exploration of the effects of hormones and damage induction on tobacco roots.
