基于直线电机的直接进给轴热变形研究与分析
Research and Analysis of Direct Feed Shaft Thermal Deformation Based on Linear Motor
【摘要】 针对直线电机初级线圈发热引起的温升容易导致进给机构产生热变形,且进给驱动在全行程内呈现不同特性等情况,对直线电机全行程直接进给轴的热变形建模,探索建立直接进给轴的热变形有限元模型,分析直接进给轴全行程上的热变形规律,采用热变形有限元模型和支持向量回归机相结合的方法,构建直接进给轴以温度和位置为变量的全行程热变形预测模型,能较准确预测进给轴滑台在全行程上的热变形。
【Abstract】 The feed shaft driven by linear motor has the advantages of fast response, high speed and high accuracy. However, in view of the fact that the temperature rise caused by heating of the primary coil of the linear motor will easily lead to thermal deformation of the feed mechanism, and the different characteristics of the feed drive throughout the total excursion. In this paper, the thermal deformation modeling of linear motor full stroke direct feed shaft is presented, a finite element model for thermal deformation of direct feed shaft is explored, analysis of thermal deformation law on full stroke of direct feed shaft, a combination of thermal deformation finite element model and support vector regression method is used, a full stroke thermal deformation prediction model is built based on temperature and position of direct feed shaft, which can accurately predict the thermal deformation of the feed shaft slide on the full travel.
