基于频谱法的收割机脱粒系统装配质量检测
Assembly Quality Inspection of Harvester Threshing System Based on Spectrum Analysis
【摘要】 联合收割机脱粒系统是联合收割机的核心部件,其装配质量不佳时往往导致收获率降低,甚至机械故障。针对脱粒分离装置装配质量难以检测的问题和单一频谱分析方法的不足,提出了联合幅度谱、功率谱和对数谱的多频谱分析的装配质量振动检测方法。通过采集联合收割机脱粒系统多部位的振动信号,通过不同的频谱分析方法进行分析,获得各个分析结果的交集,作为联合收割机脱粒系统装配质量的评价依据,降低了漏测和误测的概率,提升了装配质量检测结果的准确率。
【Abstract】 The threshing and separating device is the core component of combine harvester. When the assembly quality is not good, it often leads to low harvest rate and even mechanical failure. Concerning the problem that the assembly quality of the threshing separation device is difficult to detect and the deficiency of the single spectrum analysis method, an assembly quality vibration detection method combining multi-spectral analysis of amplitude spectrum, power spectrum and log spectrum is proposed. By collecting the vibration signals of multiple parts of the threshing system of the combine harvester and analyzing by different spectrum analysis methods, the intersection of the obtained analysis results is used as the evaluation basis for the assembly quality of the combine harvester threshing system, which reduces the probability of missed detection and misdetection, and improves the accuracy of assembly quality inspection results.
