【摘要】 地方本科高校是我国高等教育体系中承担应用型人才培养的主要力量,如何更好地培养经济社会发展需要的应用型人才成为地方本科高校办学面临的主要问题之一。文章以大庆师范学院产教融合、校企合作人才培养为例,对当前的产学合作协同育人现状和存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了地方本科高校进行产学合作协同育人基本思路和措施,旨在为地方本科高校应用型人才的培养提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Local universities are the main force to undertake the training of applied talents in the higher education system of China. It has become one of the main problems faced by local universities for how to train applied talents for economic and social development better. This paper takes Daqing Normal University as an example of the integration of production and education and the training of school-enterprise cooperation talents, analyzes and discusses the current situation and existing problems of industry and education cooperation and talents cultivation, and the basic ideas and measures that needed to be taken by local universities to carry out cooperative education between industry and university were put forward.
