我国海洋环境中钢结构件防腐研究进展

【摘要】 海洋环境中钢材受盐分和湿度的影响,引起的腐蚀严重,每年造成巨大的经济损失,分析我国目前针对钢结构件腐蚀的主要防护措施与效果,了解各种技术的防腐机理,是进一步提高防腐期效,配合我国海洋战略实施的重要内容。文章主要分析了不同防护措施的防护机理、防腐期效、经济效益、环境效益等,总结了其优缺点,提出了要达到良好的防腐效果,须采取多种方法有效组合的思路,展望了我国海洋环境中钢结构件防腐技术的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Offshore and coastal steel is strongly affected by salt and humidity, and corrosion is a serious problem, causing huge losses every year. It is an important content to analyze the main protective measures and effects against corrosion of steel structure parts in China, and to understand the anticorrosion mechanism of various technologies, so as to further improve the anticorrosion effect and cooperate with the implementation of China’s marine strategy. This paper mainly analyzes the protection mechanism, anticorrosive effect, economic benefit and environmental benefit of different anticorrosive measures, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different anticorrosive measures, and puts forward that a single anticorrosive measure is difficult to meet the requirement of long-term anticorrosive effect, and multiple effective methods should be adopted to improve the anticorrosive effect. The development prospect of anticorrosion technology for steel structure parts in marine environment in China is prospected.
