帕米膦酸二钠合成工艺路线研究
Study on the Synthesis Process of Pamidronate Disodium
【摘要】 选择合适的反应物的投料比不仅可以加快反应速率,更能提高产物的选择性。本文通过对熔融法合成帕米膦酸二钠的合成工艺进行研究,发现当选择一定比例的三氯氧磷和五氯化磷的混合物做试剂,调整原料与试剂的加入量、回流时间和水解时间,可以提高目标产物的收率。在帕米膦酸析晶过程中,采用自然析晶的技术方法,减少了杂质的析出,提高了其纯度。本文对帕米膦酸二钠合成路线的优化设计,符合当前"绿色化学"的理念要求。
【Abstract】 The suitable ratio of reactants can accelerate reaction rate as well as promote the selectivity of the product.Based on the research of synthesis of pamidronate disodium by molten state method,the yield of target product can be improved by selecting a certain proportion of POCl3 and PCl5 as mixed reagent,as well as adjusting the ratio of raw material and mixed reagent together with reflux time and hydrolysis time.During the precipitation of pamidronate,the technology of natural crystallization method can decrease the impurity and increase the purity.The optimal design of the synthetic route of the disodium param acid disodium meets the current concept of "green chemistry".
