内涵式发展背景下本科生导师制有效实施的对策探究

【摘要】 在国家高度重视高校教育人才培养质量,强调内涵式发展背景下,本科生导师制作为学分制选课制的有力补充,其有效实施显得尤为重要。本文联系实施现状,调研相关文献,提出了要明确导师制定位、提高文化认同感、推进"师生例会机制"、不断完善制度建设、创新师生双选制度和激励模式等促进本科生导师制有效实施的具体措施。

【Abstract】 As it is attached importance to the talent training quality and connotative development of higher education,undergraduate tutorial system,a powerful complement to the credit system,has been becoming especially important. In this text,some improvement approaches,such as making clear the understanding of tutorial system,strengthening the cultural identity, "teacher-student regular meeting system",continuous improvement of management systems,ameliorating the teacher-student double selection system,and innovating the incentive system,were proposed to promote the effective implementation of tutorial system.
