玉米秸秆基炭材料制备及其水蒸发性能研究
Preparation of Corn Straw Based Carbon and Its Water Evaporation Performance
【摘要】 随着工业的发展和人口的增加,淡水资源的短缺问题日益严重,太阳能海水淡化被认为是解决这一问题的有效途径。光热转换材料是影响太阳能海水淡化性能的关键因素之一,基于此,以废弃农作物玉米秸秆为原料,采用高温物理活化法制备活性炭材料。利用物理吸附仪和红外光谱仪对材料进行结构表征,使用紫外可见近红外光谱仪对样品进行光学表征,考察玉米秸秆基炭材料的用量对太阳能水蒸发性能的影响。研究结果表明:在800℃下,以二氧化碳为活化剂制备的玉米秸秆基活性炭,8 mg时水蒸发性能最好,海水淡化速率为1.1039 kg·m-2·h-1。
【Abstract】 With the development of industry and the increase of population,the problem of the shortage of fresh water resources is becoming increasingly serious,desalination of seawater by solar energy that is considered as an effective way to solve this problem. Photothermal conversion materials are one of the key factors affecting the desalination performance of solar water,based on this,using abandoned crop corn stalks as raw materials,preparation of activated carbon material by physical activation at high temperature. Physical adsorption instrument and infrared light wall instrument were used to characterize the structure of the material,and the optical characterization of the material was carried out by Ultraviolet Visible Near-infrared spectrometer,investigate the effect of the amount of corn straw-based carbon materials on the evaporation performance of solar water.Research indicates:At 800℃,corn straw-based activated carbon prepared by using carbon dioxide as an activator,the best evaporation performance of water at 8 mg the seawater desalination rate is 1.1039 kg·m-2·h-1.
