混凝沉淀-厌氧-好氧工艺处理化工废水工程实例
Project Example of the Treatment of Chemical Wastewater by Coagulation Precipitation-Anaerobic-Aerobic Process
【摘要】 对高浓度清洗废水采用混凝沉淀预处理后,利用厌氧-好氧工艺处理综合废水,设计处理量为400 m~3/d。运行实践表明:混凝沉淀对废水中COD去除率为29.2%,整个工艺处理出水COD为408mg/L,出水水质达到接管要求。
【Abstract】 High concentration cleaning wastewater have been pretreated by coagulation precipitation process,and Anaerobic-Aerobic Process was used to treat comprehensive wastewater.The designed treatment capacity is 400 m~3/d.The operation results show that the removing rate of COD is 29.2% after treated by coagulation precipitation process.Treated by the whole process,the effluent COD is 408 mg/L. The effluent water quality can meet the take-over requirements.
