【摘要】 滇龙胆为龙胆科多年生草本植物,其主要化学成分有环烯醚萜类、三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类、生物碱类、苯甲酸酯类等,主要药理作用为保肝、抗炎、镇痛、抑菌、抗肿瘤、健胃、预防糖尿病等。现查阅并整理国内外关于滇龙胆化学成分和药理作用的相关文献,对其进行综述,为滇龙胆的进一步研发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gentiana rigescens belongs to perennial herb of Gentianaceae.Chemical constituents of Gentiana rigescens include iridoids,triterpenes,flavanoids,lignans,alkaloids,gentisides and others,their main pharmacological effects include liver protection,anti-inflammatory,analgesia,antimicrobial,anti-tumor,gastric protection,anti-diabetic and so on.Through referring and reviewing documents at home and abroad,this paper would summarize chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Gentiana rigescens to provide reference for further researches and developments of Gentiana rigescens.更多还原
