秸秆人造板用绿色聚醋酸乙烯酯胶粘剂的制备
Preparation of Green Polyvinyl Acetate Adhesive for Straw Board
【摘要】 以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚单体、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)为种子乳液、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVF)为保护胶体、过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了改性聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)胶粘剂。利用ATR、DSC等方法分析改性PVAc胶粘剂的结构特点,研究了单体用量、种子乳液用量、引发剂用量等对PVAc胶粘剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,在单体含量30%(丙烯酸丁酯与醋酸乙烯酯质量比1∶4),种子乳液含量为10%,引发剂含量为0.3%~0.5%,双丙酮丙烯酰胺用量为单体质量的1.6%~2%时,制备的秸秆人造板用绿色PVAc乳液胶粘剂的性能较好。
【Abstract】 Modified polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) adhesive was prepared with vinyl acetate(VAc) and butyl acrylate(BA) as comonomers,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(VAE) as seed emulsion,polyvinyl formaldehyde(PVF) as protective colloid and ammonium persulphate(APS) as initiator by semi continuous seeded emulsion polymerization.The structure of PVAc adhesive was characterized by means of ATR and DSC.The effect of the amount of monomer,VAE,initiator and ketone hydrazine cross-linked system were also investigated.The results shows that the performance of polyvinyl acetatefor straw particle board was the best when monomer amount was 30% of total weight(w(BA)∶w(VAc) was 1∶4),ammonium persulphate amount was 0.3~0.5%,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer amount was 10%,and DAAM amount was 1.6%~2% of monomer weight.
